By purchasing and using Pengo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New users can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of their initial purchase. This gives you time to evaluate Pengo completely risk-free.
Refund Eligibility
Pengo offers a generous refund window to allow new users to fully evaluate the Service.
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, provided the request is submitted during this period.
Not Eligible
Refund requests made after this 30-day period are not eligible.
Recurring Subscriptions & Renewals
Pengo subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments made for:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Plan upgrades or additional seats
- Continued use beyond the initial 30-day refund window
are generally not eligible for refunds.
Tip: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund

If the request is made within the 30-day window, it will be reviewed and processed promptly.
Pro Tip: For faster processing, include your account email and the reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Processing times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Effect of Refund
If a refund is issued:
- Access to paid features will be downgraded to the free plan
- Your subscription will be canceled
- Your conversation history is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made outside the 30-day refund period
- Partial subscription usage
- Renewals or subsequent billing cycles
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
