How do I know the performance claims are real?
Every performance number on our site links to a live tool that fetches and measures things in your own browser, in real time. Nothing is hardcoded ahead of time. Check the benchmark page and see for yourself.
Are you a mature, enterprise-proven platform?
No. We're upfront about that. We're a new live-chat platform built with a modern stack, flat AI pricing, and an unusually strict internal bar for backing every claim with something you can verify.
