Can I migrate from Intercom to Pengo?

We don't yet have a one-click Intercom importer. You can add your website's chat widget and start fresh; historical conversation data would need to be exported from Intercom manually for now. This is an active area we're improving.

Does Pengo have Fin-equivalent AI?

Pengo Intelligence answers from your site and docs, with confidence-scored handoff to a human when needed. AI usage draws from your plan's pooled monthly credits, not per-resolution billing. Fin has a longer feature history; compare both against the workflows you actually run.
