How much does the AI cost?
The AI agent is included on Starter (~100 AI conversations a month), Team (~500) and Business (~1,500). If you need more, top up with $10 to $100 packs that never expire (an average conversation costs about 2 cents), or choose Plus and pay your AI provider directly with your own key.
What happens when the included AI runs out?
AI pauses until your allowance renews or you top up. Human chat keeps working and there is no overage billing. Optional auto-recharge tops you up automatically, up to a monthly cap you set.
Can I use my own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key?
Yes, on the Plus plan. Keys are encrypted at rest, we add no markup, and AI usage is unlimited within your provider limits. See how your own key works.

What happens with a bad rating?
