Born from frustration with slow, bloated tools
Before Pengo, we ran a SaaS company and tried every live chat tool out there. They all had the same problems: slow load times, confusing interfaces, and pricing that punished growth.
Intercom was bloated. Drift was complex. LiveChat felt dated. We needed something that was fast, beautiful, and just worked.
So we built it. Pengo loads in under 100ms. The interface is clean and intuitive. And you get enterprise features without enterprise pricing.
We are building the chat tool we wished existed, and we would rather prove that with a live benchmark than a big customer number.
